Ingredients:
ItalCrust Pizza Crust, 12”
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 ½ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
½ teaspoon crushed dried basil leaves
¼ teaspoon crushed dried oregano leaves
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded fontanelle cheese
½ cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 slices prosciutto
Directions:
Remove the flatbread crust from the freezer, set aside so it can thaw, about 5 -6 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. Spoon and spread butter over the crust. In a mixing bowl, combine gorgonzola, Romano, basil, and oregano. Mix well, then spread evenly over crust. Next, top with all the remaining cheeses. Bake for 2-3 minutes and then rotate the pizza 180 degrees. Bake for another 2-3 minutes or until the is golden brown. All to cool then top with the remaining ingredients. Slice and Enjoy!
