Ingredients:
ItalCrust Pizza Crust, 12”
½ lb. fresh asparagus cut into 1” pieces
½ lb. precooked crawfish tails
½ lb. thinly sliced Tasso ham
¼ cup fontina cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning blend
¼ cup small basil leaves
Directions:
Remove the flatbread crust from the freezer, set aside so it can thaw, about 5 -6 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
Leaving space between each ingredient, add asparagus, crawfish tails, and Tasso ham to the pizza crust. Top with mozzarella cheese and fontina cheese. Dust with 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning blend. Bake in the oven for 3 minutes, then rotate the pizza 180 degrees. Bake for an additional 3 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Slice and Enjoy!
