Ingredients:
Italcrust 5”x14” Plank Flatbread
½ cup bacon jam
½ cup shaved parmesan
¼ cup prosciutto
¼ sliced peaches
½ arugula (tossed in extra virgin olive oil with salt)
5-6 sliced olives
Balsamic glaze
Directions:
Remove the flatbread crust from the freezer, set aside so it can thaw, about 5 -6 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. Spread ½ cup of the bacon jam of your choice over the crust, then add ½ cup of shaved parmesan cheese. Top with ¼ cup prosciutto, ¼ cup sliced peaches, and 5 – 6 sliced olives. Slide directly onto your oven rack. Bake for 3 minutes, then rotate 180◦ and bake another 2-3 minutes or until the crust is golden brown on the edges. Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula and drizzle with a balsamic glaze. Slice and Enjoy!
