Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

ItalCrust Pizza Crust, 12”
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 cup sausage gravy
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 – 2 scrambled eggs
3 – 6 pieces crumbled bacon
1/3 cup chopped purple onion
¼ cup thinly sliced tomato
Parsley, to taste

Directions:

Remove the flatbread crust from the freezer, set aside so it can thaw, about 5 -6 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. Add onions, peppers, and celery to the gravy. Cover the crust with 1 cup of gravy. Ass ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Add eggs and top with crumbled bacon and purple onion. Bake for 3 minutes, then rotate pizza 180 degrees. Bake for another 3 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Allow the pizza to cool and garnish with parsley and tomatoes. Slice and Enjoy!
