Ingredients:
ItalCrust Pizza Crust, 12”
1/2cup BBQ sauce
4-6 oz favorite BBQ meat
½ – ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup chopped purple onion, or pico de gallo
Directions:
Remove the pizza crust from the freezer, set aside so it can thaw, about 5 -6 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. Spoon and spread BBQ sauce evenly atop the crust. Add your favorite BBQ meat to the pizza. Cover with mozzarella cheese and top with purple onions or pico de gallo. Bake for 3 minutes and then rotate the pizza 180 degrees. Bake for another 3 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Slice and Enjoy!
