Ingredients:
ItalCrust Pizza Crust, 12”
½ to ¾ cup marinara sauce
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 1/3 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 cup honey glazed ham, diced or cubed
1 cup fresh pineapple
1-2 teaspoons dried oregano
1-2 teaspoons dried basil
Freshly chopped parsley, to taste
Directions:
Remove the pizza crust from the freezer, set aside so it can thaw, about 5 -6 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce and marinara sauce and spread evenly across the pizza crust. Cover in Monterey jack cheese. Evenly distribute the ham across the pizza followed by the pineapple. Top by sprinkling oregano and basil. Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes, the rotate 180 degrees. Bake for another 3-4 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Allow pizza to cool for a few minutes, sprinkle on parsley. Slice and Enjoy!
